TO ADDRESS THE RESIDENT'S UNIQUE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS IN THEIR PLAN OF CARE. 3. TO ASSIST THE RESIDENT IN ACHIEVING THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL IN THEIR LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE. 4.
