TO PRESERVE A CINEMA THEATRE IN WAYNESBORO AS A CRUCIAL COMPONENT OF A VIBRANT DOWNTOWN AND OVERALL COMMUNITY QUALITY OF LIFE. OUR GOAL IS TO RENOVATE THE EXISTING CLOSED THEATER INTO AN ATTRACTIVE HIGH QUALITY FACILITY WHICH CAN BE LEASED TO A COMMERCIAL THEATRE OPERATOR. IN DOING SO, A SELF-SUSTAINING COMMUNITY ASSET WILL BE CREATED THAT WILL FURTHER THE ECONOMIC VITALITY OF THE TOWN AS WELL AS PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT BENEFITS TO LOCAL FAMILIES.
