INDIGENOUS RIGHTS AND RESOURCES HUB: IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COORDINATING ORGANIZATION OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF THE AMAZON BASIN (COICA), EQUITABLE ORIGIN IS DEVELOPING A VIRTUAL RESOURCE HUB TO STRENGTHEN IN INDIGENOUS RIGHTS BY COLLATING TRAINING MATERIAL, TOOLS AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT INDIGENOUS PEOPLES IN UNDERSTANDING AND ASSERTING THEIR RIGHTS AND TO ENABLE THEIR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN DECISIONS ABOUT LANDUSE AND NATURAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT. FPIC: IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ROUNDTABLE ON SUSTAINABLE BIOMATERIALS (RSB) AND THE COORDINATING ORGANIZATION OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF THE AMAZON BASIN (COICA), EQUITABLE ORIGIN IS DEVELOPING A TOOL TO MONITOR FREE, PRIOR, AND INFORMED CONSENT (FPIC360). THE (CONTINUE ON SCHEDULE O) GOAL OF THE FPIC360 TOOL IS TO ENABLE CONSULTATION AND CONSENT PROCESSES THAT ALLOW AFFECTED COMMUNITIES TO EFFECTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF DECISIONMAKING PROCESSES THAT IMPACT THEIR TERRITORIES, RESOURCES, LIVELIHOODS AND WELLBEING. EO100 CERTIFICATION: EQUITABLE ORIGIN IS WORKING WITH ENERGY PRODUCERS AND DISTRIBUTORS IN NORTH AMERICA TO CERTIFY ENERGY PROJECTS TO THE EO100TM STANDARD FOR RESPONSIBLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AND ENABLE A PREMIUM PRICE FOR EO100TM CERTIFIED RESPONSIBLE ENERGY.
