BCARBON CREATES AND MAINTAINS STANDARDS AND PROGRAMS TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE CLIMATE CHANGE GOALS TO PROTECT AND CONSERVE THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC BASED ON NATURE-BASED SOLUTIONS. BCARBON REVIEWS AND CERTIFIES APPLICATIONS FOR BOTH SOIL AND TIMBER CARBON CREDITS TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEY MEET BCARBON'S CRITERIA FOR CREDIT ISSUANCE. CREDITS ARE ISSUED AND REGISTERED ON A BLOCKCHAIN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM TO KEEP UP WITH SUBSEQUENT TRANSACTIONS.


BCARBON IS WORKING WITH THE EAST FOUNDATION TO DEVELOP A CREDITING PROTOCOL FOR BIODIVERSITY THAT WILL ATTEMPT TO ESTABLISH VALUE FOR PROPERTIES THAT EXHIBIT GREAT BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, WITH AN INITIAL FOCUS ON SOUTH TEXAS RANCHLANDS AND THE ENDANGERED OCELOT WHICH IS A SMALL SPOTTED CAT THAT LIVES IN THE DEEP BRUSH OF SOUTH TEXAS.


BCARBON HAS CREATED A COASTAL PROTOCOL THAT WILL PROTECT COASTAL WETLANDS FROM SEA LEVEL RISE AND PROVIDE CARBON CREDITS AT THE SAME TIME.


BCARBON IS WORKING WITH PRAIRIE VIEW A&M UNIVERSITY AND THE U.S. BUSINESS COUNCIL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOP A PROGRAM FOR SMALL AFRICAN-AMERICAN LANDOWNERS IN EAST TEXAS TO HELP THEM CREATE WHAT IS CALLED THE SMALL LANDOWNER CARBON COLLABORATIVE THAT WE INTEND TO BECOME A MODEL FOR SMALL LANDOWNER PARTICIPATION IN THE CARBON MARKET THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
