FOCUSING ON THE ENTIRE DALLAS REGION, RESEARCH, EDUCATE, AND IDENTIFY SOLUTIONS TO POVERTY IN DALLAS. CONVENED WITH LOCAL LEADERS TO DISCUSS AND DEVELOP CONSENSUS, SERVE AS A GENERAL MANAGEMENT FUNCTION TO IMPACT AND FACILITATE CITY AND COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAMS, ADVOCATE FOR CHANGE, AND ASSIST IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOLUTIONS.
