IN 2020 GREATER STONINGTON REALTY CORPORATION DISTRIBUTED CONNECTICUT LIGHT & POWER DBA EVERSOURCE ENERGY GRANT MONEY TO EDYTHE K RICHMOND HOMES FOR WORK FACILITATED FOR THE COMMUNITY APARTMENT UPGRADES. THESE COMMUNITY APARTMENT UPGRADES CONSISTED OF A MAJOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, INSTALLATION OF 44 MITSUBISHI HEAT AND AIR UNITS, PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF 28 POST TOPPER LED ENERGY EFFICIENT LIGHTING UNITS, 153 IN UNIT CEILING FIXTURES, AND TWO VANITY LIGHT FIXTURES. THESE COMMUNITY APARTMENT UPGRADES WILL CONTINUE INTO 2021.
IN 2020 PUBLIC & PRIVATE DONATIONS ASSISTED TO SUPPORT SUCH PROGRAMS AS CORPORATION SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES, A RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATOR, UPDATED IT EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER ESSENTIAL PROGRAMS DEVELOPED TO ASSIST, PROMOTE, & EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES OF WHAT AFFORTABLE HOUSING IS AVAILABLE IN THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA LOCATED AROUND STONINGTON CONNECTICUT.
