WILL ABIDE IN JOYFUL COMMUNION WITH THE APOSTOLIC TRADITION OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH AND REMAINING FAITHFUL TO HER ECCLESIASTICAL MAGISTERIUM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION TO UNDERTAKE AND PERFORM THE ACTIONS NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE TO EVANGELIZE, TO PRESERVE, TO STRENGTHEN AND TO EDUCATE FAMILIES IN THE TEACHINGS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IN ALL THEIR BEAUTY BY OFFERING PUBLIC OUTREACH CONCERTS, WORSHIP AND PRAYER ACTIVITIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS, SMALL GROUP FAITH SHARING AND SERVICE WORKS.

FOUNDED IN 2014, ABBEYFEST MINISTRIES (AFM) IS AN INDEPENDENT 501 (C)(3) NON-PROFIT LAY ORGANIZATION. THE PURPOSE OF ABBEYFEST: FAITH, MUSIC, AND FAMILY CONCERTS AND FESTIVALS ARE TO PROVIDE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, SINGLES, MARRIED AND FAMILIES AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENCOUNTER JESUS CHRIST THROUGH THE BEAUTY OF FAITH-FILLED MUSIC, INSPIRING PRAYER, AND JOYFUL CELEBRATION OF OUR FAITH. OUR PREMIER ABBEYFEST EVENT IS OUR YEARLY ONE-DAY FESTIVAL IN LATE SEPTEMBER, WE RECENTLY HELD OUR 8TH FESTIVAL, THAT ATTRACTS 4,000 PEOPLE ANNUALLY FOR A CELEBRATION OF CONTEMPORARY CATHOLIC/CHRISTIAN MUSIC IN THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA AREA. ABBEYFEST PROVIDES A FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE WITH HUNDREDS OF CHRISTIAN VENDORS, FOOD TRUCKS, CONFESSION, MASS AND CANDLELIGHT ADORATION. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FESTIVAL, WE ALSO PROVIDE INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKERS TO AREA HIGH SCHOOLS TO ENCOURAGE TEENS TO PURSUE THEIR FAITH WITH PASSION AND PURPOSE. ADDITIONALLY, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, AFM HOSTS SPECIAL EVENINGS OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP MUSIC AND CONCERTS WITH MAJOR CHRISTIAN CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR FAITH AND MUSICAL EXPERIENCES. AFM IS A TOTAL VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION WITH NO PAID STAFF. OUR VOLUNTEERS SOLEY PLAN, SPONSOR, RAISE FUNDING, MANAGE, STAGE, PRODUCE AND ADMINISTRATE ALL AFM EFFORTS. OVER 190,000 IS RAISED YEARLY WITH ALL PROCEEDS FROM TICKET SALES, SPONSORSHIPS AND DONATIONS REINVESTED TO SUPPORT THE YEARLY FESTIVAL, EVENINGS OF WORSHIP AND AFM ARTIST SERIES.
