THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE PHILANTHROPY BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT AND ENHANCE CHARITABLE GIVING. IT WILL AIM TO DO THIS THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A DONOR-ADVISED FUND PROGRAM. IT INTENDS TO FOCUS ON COMBATING POVERTY AND SUPPORTING UNDERPRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES BY INVITING DONOR-ADVISORS TO POOL THE INVESTMENT INCOME TO PROVIDE TARGETED AND STRATEGIC FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
