ANABAPTIST FOUNDATION MAKES CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDING CHURCHES AND OTHER PUBLICLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, ANABAPTIST FOUNDATION MADE GRANTS TO NUMEROUS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS, TOTALING $25,253,960.
CHARITY HARDSHIP FUND: AF OPERATES A PROGRAM CALLED CHARITY HARDSHIP FUND, WHICH PROVIDES SUPPORT TO ITS CONSTITUENCY CHURCHES. LOANS ARE PROVIDED TO HELP CHURCHES MANAGE LARGE FINANCIAL NEEDS WITHIN THEIR OWN CHURCH ALMS AND MEDICAL FUNDS. LOANS ARE SHORT-TERM (GENERALLY NOT MORE THAN 2 YEAR TERMS) AND ARE EXTENDED EITHER INTEREST-FREE OR AT LOW INTEREST. AS LOANS ARE REPAID, THE FUNDS RECYCLE INTO NEW SUPPORT LOANS FOR OTHER CHURCHES.
