THE WOMEN IN MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATION (WIM) ANNUALLY PRODUCES A LARGE INDUSTRY WOMEN IN MANUFACTURING SUMMIT WHICH BRINGS TOGETHER THEIR MEMBERS AND INDUSTRY LEADERS FOR MULTIPLE DAYS OF LEARNING, EDUCATION, INSPIRATION AND NETWORKING. THE 2021 SUMMIT WAS HELD IN CLEVELAND, OH AND DELIVERED VIRTUALLY. THE 2021 SUMMIT ATTRACTED 815 ATTENDEES BETWEEN LIVE AND VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE FOR THE 12TH ANNUAL CELEBRATION.
REGIONAL CONFERENCES WIM PRODUCES REGIONAL CONFERENCES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY TO OFFER LOCAL ACCESS TO TRAINING, EDUCATION AND NETWORKING. IN 2021 WIM DELIVERED THREE REGIONAL CONFERENCES, INCLUDING THE FIRST EVER WIM WEST CONFERENCE IN SEATTLE, WA, AS WELL AS WIM NORTH AND WIM SOUTH WHICH BOTH TOOK PLACE VIRTUALLY. IN TOTAL, 397 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN THE THREE CONFERENCES GEARED TOWARD MANUFACTURING PROFESSIONALS BASED IN THESE KEY REGIONS OF THE U.S.
CORPORATE MEMBER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES- WIM HOLDS TWO ANNUAL CONFERENCES, SUMMER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AND WINTER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE, OFFERED EXCLUSIVELY TO WIM'S CORPORATE MEMBER COMPANIES AND MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IN 2021, WIM'S WINTER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE TOOK PLACE IN ST. PETE BEACH, FL AND WELCOMED 133 ATTENDEES. ADDITIONALLY, THE SUMMER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN VIRTUALLY AND HOSTED 171 PARTICIPANTS WHO ENJOYED NETWORKING, BENCHMARKING, AND IDEA SHARING ON KEY INDUSTRY AND ASSOCIATION TOPICS.
MOMS IN MFG IN 2021, WIM LAUNCHED THE FIRST EVER MOMS IN MFG VIRTUAL CONFERENCE WHICH OFFERS CONTENT RELATED TO CHALLENGES THAT WORKING PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS ARE FACING NOW MORE THAN EVER. SPEAKERS ADDRESSED ISSUES AS WELL AS POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS THAT SUPPORT WORKING PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS. MORE THAN 120 PARTICIPANTS ENJOYED NETWORKING WITH OTHERS IN MEANINGFUL WAYS THROUGHOUT THE EVENT AS WELL.
