OUR COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL MODEL WEAVES TOGETHER EDUCATION, HEALTH, AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES TO ENSURE UNDERSERVED CHILDREN HAVE THE SYSTEM OF CARE THEY NEED TO LEAD MEANINGFUL AND EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, AND PHYSICALLY HEALTHY LIVES. OUR APPROACH HAS THREE DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS: 1) START EARLY. WE START EARLY. WE START WORKING WITH PARENTS AND ENROLL CHILDREN INTO OUR PROGRAM AS EARLY AS BIRTH TO REACH THEM AT THEIR MOST CRITICAL STAGE IN DEVELOPMENT. 2) PARTNER WITH PARENTS.WE PARTNER WITH PARENTS. WE BELIEVE THAT WHEN PARENTS THRIVE, CHILDREN THRIVE, SO WE SUPPORT THE WELLNESS AND GROWTH OF PARENTS ALONGSIDE THE GROWTH OF THEIR CHILDREN. 3) INTEGRATE SERVICES.OUR UNIQUE MODEL UNITES HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATION, BUILDING A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM AND HOLISTIC SYSTEM OF CARE AROUND A CHILD'S FULL NEEDS.


THE PRIMARY SCHOOL - EAST PALO ALTO SERVED AS THE FISCAL SPONSOR FOR A CALIFORNIA STATE PRESCHOOL PROGRAM (CSPP) CONTRACT FOR THE PRIMARY SCHOOL BAY AREA, A SISTER ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN SAN LEANDRO, CA. THE PRIMARY SCHOOL - EAST PALO ALTO ASLO SERVED AS A FISCAL SPONSOR FOR THE PRIMARY SCHOOL. THE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND THE PRIMARY SCHOOL BAY AREA WERE FORMED IN DECEMBER 2019 AND RECEIVED THEIR 501(C)(3) DETERMINATION IN DECEMBER 2020 AND JANUARY 2021, RESPECTIVELY. BOTH ORGANIZATIONS BECAME INDEPENDENTLY OPERATIONAL ON JULY 1, 2021. THE $3,407,000 REPRESENTS THE NET FUNDS RAISED REMAINING WHILE UNDER FISCAL SPONSORSHIP DECEMBER 2019 THROUGH JUNE 2021.
