TO DEVELOP A MULTI-LINGUAL LIBRARY (COLLECTION) OF PRESCHOOL READ ALOUD PICTURE E-BOOK APPLICATIONS FOR DIGITAL PLATFORMS (SUCH AS TABLETS, SMARTPHONES) PROVIDING TEACHING TOOLS FOR PARENTS AND EDUCATORS, AND RESOURCES FOR CHILDREN THAT BUILD NECESSARY ORAL LANGUAGE SKILLS FOR SCHOOL ACHIEVEMENT-CLOSING THE WORD ACHIEVEMENT GAP BY COMBINING RESEARCH BASED METHODOLOGY WITH REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGY. THE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR LICENSING AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO GROUPS PROVIDING PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION (PREDOMINANTLY MINORITY AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES) AND THROUGH THESE GROUPS, DIRECTLY TO PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN.
