PROVIDED HOUSING EXPENSE ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY A CATASTROPHIC ILLNESS OR INJURY DURING THE PERIOD OF REHABILITATION AND/OR HOSPITALIZATION. THESE EXPENSES INCLUDED THE DAY TO DAY LIVING EXPENSES AS WELL AS RENT, MORTGAGE, AND UTILITY PAYMENTS.PROVIDED MEDICAL EXPENSE ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY A CATASTROPHIC ILLNESS OR INJURY DURING THE PERIOD OF REHABILITATION AND/OR HOSPITALIZATION.
