PROGRAMMING IS DIRECTED TO LISTENERS OF ALL BACKGROUNDS AND AGES TO INFORM, STIMULATE, AND EDUCATE THE AUDIENCE LOCALLY AND ON A WIDER BASIS VIA THE INTERNET.
