PAR-RECYCLE WORKS PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS RETURNING FROM PRISON WORKING IN OUR ELECTRONIC WASTE RECYCLING BUSINESS. RECYCLING REVENUES ALONG WITH GRANTS AND DONATIONS SUPPORT THE SALARIES OF OUR RETURNING CITIZENS INCLUDING EXTENSIVE TIME SPENT IN PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. AT THE END OF 6-9 MONTHS PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS ARE CONSIDERED READY FOR MAINSTREAM EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTED IN OBTAINING FULL TIME JOBS.
