THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND OTHER SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANGED OR FACE MULTIPLE BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT. CAPITAL IDEA HOUSTON COLLABORATES WITH HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOOL AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES IN OFFERING MEANINGFUL ADULT EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS COORDINATE CHILD CARE, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BOOKS, TUITION, AND TUTORING, ADVICE ON WORK-SCHOOL-LIFE BALANCE, AND SOFT SKILLS.
