THE CAPE WELLNESS COLLABORATIVE (CWC) PROVIDES FREE-OF-CHARGE INTEGRATIVE AND COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES TO PEOPLE FACING CANCER IN OUR COMMUNITY. THE CWC ALSO SERVES AS A GENERAL WELLNESS RESOURCE FOR THE PUBLIC,HELPING TO CREATE AWARENESS THROUGH EVENTS AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON ITS WEBSITE.

AS STATED IN THE MISSION STATEMENT,THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FREE-OF-CHARGE INTEGRATIVE AND COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES TO PEOPLE FACING CANCER IN OUR COMMUNITY. THIS IS THE ONLY PROGRAM AND IS CONDUCTED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:ANYONE FACING CANCER ON CAPE COD, MARTHA'S VINEYARD OR NANTUCKET WHO WISHES TO RECEIVE FREE-OF-CHARGE WELLNESS SERVICES CAN APPLY FOR SERVICES AT CAPEWELLNESS.ORG BY CLICKING ON THE "REQUEST SERVICES" TAB AND FILLING OUT THE ATTACHED FORM.A CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE IN CONTACT EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL AND YOU WILL BE SENT PAPERWORK TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT BACK TO: CAPE WELLNESS COLLABORATIVE, 540 MAIN STREET, SUITE 14A, HYANNIS, MA 02601CWC WILL REVIEW YOUR SUBMISSION AND IF ACCEPTED YOU WILL BE MAILED A CWC WELLNESS CARD WITH A VALUE OF $250 WHICH CAN BE USED AT ANY OF OUR PARTICIPATING PRACTITIONERS.
