THE PUBLIC BENEFIT PURPOSES OF HDSSF ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE SHOOTING HERITAGE OF THE HIGH DESERT OF CENTRAL OREGON, EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE SAFE HANDLING AND USE OF FIREARMS, OFFER A SAFE AND SUPERVISED LOCATION TO SHOOT FIREARMS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SHOOTING ON PUBLIC LANDS, AND A LOCATION FOR YOUTH TO BE EDUCATED IN THE SAFE HANDLING AND USE OF FIREARMS.
