THE COALITION IS AN ALLIANCE OF MORE THAN 600 BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS. THERE ARE MORE THAN 800 AFFLIATED MEMBERS WHO RECEIVE A WEEKLY NEWSLETTER KEEPING THEM ABREAST OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN STEM EDUCATION.
STEM EDUCATION COALITION HOSTED NUMEROUS WEBINARS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR 2021. INCLUDING A WEBINAR FOR THE 117TH CONGRESS TO HIGHLIGHT MAJOR ISSUES IN STEM EDUCATION. WEBINARS HAVE ALLOWED ENGAGEMENT FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
STEM EDUCATION COALITION SENT A LETTER TO THE WHITE HOUSE OUTLINING A MYRIAD OF OPPORTUNITIES WHERE THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT CAN SEND THE SIGNAL THAT STEM LEARNING IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO OUR NATION. AMONGST THE SIGNATORIES ON THIS LETTER ARE MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANIES, TEACHER ORGANIZATIONS, SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING SOCIETIES, UNIVERSITIES, AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS, MUSEUMS, TRADE SCHOOLS, AND A MYRIAD OF SIMILAR STATE AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS DEVOTED TO ADVANCING STEM EDUCATION.
