THE EXEMPT PURPOSE AND MISSION OF CITYCARE COUNSELING, INC. IS TO CONDUCT OR SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF CHRIST COMMUNITY CHURCH OF THE CHRISTIAN AND MISSIONARY ALLIANCE, A NEBRASKA NONPROFIT CORPORATION LOCATED IN OMAHA, NE. THIS SUPPORTING PURPOSE WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY (1) PROVIDING FAITH-BASED AND PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, FAMILIES AND GROUPS AT AFFORDABLE, DISCOUNTED OR SUBSIDIZED RATES, (2) EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR STUDENTS AT LOCAL UNIVERSITIES WHO ARE PURSUING A PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING DEGREE AND LICENSE, AND WHO NEED SUPERVISED COUNSELING EXPERIENCES, AND (3) EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR OUR SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, CHRIST COMMUNITY CHURCH OF THE CHRISTIAN AND MISSIONARY ALLIANCE IN OMAHA, NEBRASKA, TO ASSIST ITS PASTORS AND LAITY IN PROVIDING COUNSELING, RENEWAL AND CARE MINISTRIES TO ITS CONGREGATION.

PROGRAM SERVICE: TO SUPPORT CHRIST COMMUNITY CHURCH IN OMAHA, NE, BY PROVIDING FAITH-BASED, PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, FAMILIES AND GROUPS.CITYCARE COUNSELING, INC. PROVIDED 19,874 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING SERVICES TO 2,151 INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES AND FAMILIES AT AFFORDABLE, DISCOUNTED OR SUBSIDIZED RATES. IN ADDITION, 555 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO THE NEEDY AT NO CHARGE AND ANOTHER 1,116 HOURS WERE PROVIDED AT A REDUCED RATE.


PROGRAM SERVICE: TO SUPPORT CHRIST COMMUNITY CHURCH IN OMAHA, NE, BY EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR STUDENTS AT LOCAL UNIVERSITIES WHO ARE PURSUING A PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING DEGREE AND LICENSE, AND WHO NEED SUPERVISED COUNSELING EXPERIENCES.CITYCARE COUNSELING, INC. PROVIDED 264 HOURS OF SUPERVISED EXPERIENCE AT NO COST TO 10 PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING INTERNS PURSUING MASTERS DEGREES IN CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING. THE INTERNS PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY 2,166 HOURS OF COUNSELING TO 212 INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES AND FAMILIES.
