CIRA SERVES AS AN IMPORTANT PLATFORM FOR STUDENTS TO ENGAGE WITH GLOBAL ISSUES, DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, AND BUILD MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH FELLOW PARTICIPANTS.
