THROUGH EVIDENCE-BASED, YEAR- ROUND PROGRAMMING, TEC CONNECTS, EQUIPS, AND EMPOWERS EDUCATORS TO EXCEL IN THEIR CAREERS. SINCE THE ORGANIZATION'S INCEPTION, TEC HAS BUILT A NETWORK OF 2,000 DALLAS-AREA EDUCATORS REPRESENTING HUNDREDS OF DISTRICT, CHARTER, AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS. AS A RESULT, TEC IS ELEVATING THE STATUS OF THE PROFESSION AND KEEPING GREAT TEACHERS WHERE THEY ARE MOST NEEDED: IN THE CLASSROOM.
EDUCATOR WELLBEING PROGRAM: TEC ALSO PARTNERS DIRECTLY WITH SCHOOLS, DISTRICTS, AND OTHER EDUCATOR ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE HOLISTIC WELLBEING PROGRAMMING FOR EDUCATORS.
