OUR FOOD PANTRY IS OPEN WEDNESDAYS EACH WEEK FROM 11:30AM-1:30PM AND 5PM- 7PM. DURING THE YEAR WE PROVIDED FOOD TO 7,457 FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY. A TOTAL OF 848,678 POUNDS OF FOOD WAS DISTRIBUTED. THE PANTRY IS A "CHOICE" FOOD PANTRY WHERE THE CLIENTS CAN SHOP WITH A VOLUNTEER AS IF THEY WERE IN A GROCERY MARKET. THEY ARE GIVEN CHOICES OF DAIRY ITEMS, FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, CANNED GOODS, MEATS AND BREADS. OUR FOOD COMES FROM MONETARY DONATIONS AS WELL AS DONATIONS OF FOOD. EACH WEEK ABOUT 45- 50 VOLUNTEERS STOCK SHELVES,ACCOMPANY CLIENTS AS THEY SHOP, LOAD GROCERIES, REGISTER CLIENTS, CLEAN THE STORE AND DO WHATEVER IS REQUIRED.
