IN THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR, ASM PROVIDED 180 TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO SUPPORT RAVENSWOOD STUDENTS WITH AN ON-DEMAND VIRTUAL TUTORING PROGRAM WHEREBY RAVENSWOOD FAMILIES COULD SIGN UP FOR TUTORING SUPPORT FOR THEIR STUDENTS. ASM VOLUNTEERS PARTNERED WITH FAMILIES AND CLASSROOM TEACHERS TO TUTOR AND MENTOR OVER 450 STUDENTS DURING VIRTUAL CLASS TIME. VOLUNTEERS CONTRIBUTED A TOTAL OF 1,100 HOURS PER MONTH FROM OCTOBER THROUGH MAY.
