WORKING AS COLLECTIVE GROUP, RACA IS THE VOICE OF RURAL AMERICA IN WASHINGTON, ADVOCATING FOR FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL POLICY AND REGULATORY REFORM TO ADVANCE THE RURAL AND AGRICULTURAL GOALS AND INITIATIVES OF AMERICA.
