ALL FUND RECEIVED IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT AND USED TO BUY COSTUMES AND NECESSARY SUPPLIES. ALL MEMBERS VOLUNTARILY DEVOTE TIME AND EFFORTS WITHOUT BEING PAID.
