THE CLUB CONTRACTS WITH AND RENTS VARIOUS MOTORSPORTS FACILITIES, THEN MANAGES AND OPERATES THE ENTIRE EVENT USING REGIONAL STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS. THE CLUB CONTRACTS FOR SAFETY AND PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL/EMERGENCY STAFF. MEMBERS FINANCE THE ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS BY PAYING ENTRY FEES TO OFFSET EXPENSES AND COSTS.
