THE FOUNDATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING AND BUILDING THE THEODORE ROOSEVELT PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY IN MEDORA, NORTH DAKOTA. IT HAS SECURED THE RIGHT TO PURCHASE FROM THE US FOREST SERVICE ITS PREFERRED SITE ON A BLUFF OVERLOOKING THE TOWN, IT HAS SELECTED WORLD-RENOWNED ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND EXHIBITION FIRMS TO DESIGN THE BUILDING, THE GROUNDS AND THE EXHIBITS, AND IT HAS BUILT A BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND STAFF OF COMMUNITY LEADERS FROM ACROSS THE NATION WHO BRING DEEP EXPERTISE, RELATIONSHIPS AND EXPERIENCE AND WHO ALL SHARE A PASSION FOR THEODORE ROOSEVELT AND HIS ENDURING LEGACY.
