THE FUND FOR WOMEN'S EQUALITY PROMOTES LEGAL AND LIVED EQUALITY FOR WOMEN IN THE UNITED STATES BY INCREASING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEED FOR COMPREHENSIVE, FAIR AND EQUAL TREATMENT OF WOMEN AND GIRLS UNDER THE LAW AND THE NEED TO END SEX INEQUALITY IN ALL ITS FORMS.

THE FUND FOR WOMEN'S EQULITY (FFWE) EDUCATES COMMUNITIES, NGOS, STUDENTS, JOURNALISTS, PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND INFLUENCERS ON WOMEN'S RIGHTS. SINCE 2014, FFWE HAS EDUCATED A NEW BROAD NATIONAL CONSTITUENCY ON THE NEED FOR CONSTITUTIONAL EQUALITY THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. FFWE PROVIDES SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE IN KEY AREAS OF SEX DISCRIMINATION (PAY EQUILTY, PREGNANCY DISCRIMINATION, SEXUAL HARRASSMENT AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN). FFWE EDUCATES THE PUBLIC ON CURRENT LAWS, HOW TO REFORM LAWS THAT PROTECT WOMEN'S RIGHTS TO ACHIEVE CONSTITUTIONAL EQUALITY. FFWE'S DIVERSE BOARD AND STAFF INCREASES AWARENESS THROUGH MOVIE SCREENINGS OF RELEVANT FILMS WITH DIVERSE SPEAKERS FOR TALK BACKS; PUBLIC SERVICE CAMPAIGNS WITH AD AGENCIES.
SINCE ITS INCEPTION, THE FUND FOR WOMEN'S EQUALITY (FFWE) ACTIVELY CONDUCTS OUTREACH TO ORGANIZATIONS NATIONWIDE TO CREATE PARTNERSHIPS. THESE ORGANIZATIONS AGREE TO INCLUDE WOMEN'S EQUAL RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTIONAL EQUALITY AT THE TOP OF THEIR PRIORITY AGENDA. PARTNERS SHARE OUR RESOURCES, EXPERIENCES AND PLATFORMS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, LEGISLATIVE STRATEGY, POLICY AND LEGAL REFORM. FFWE PROACTIVELY SEEKS TO ENGAGE NEW PARTNERS BY ORGANIZING AND ATTENDING MISSION RELATED EVENTS. FFWE IS CREATING A NEW DIVERSE, INTERSECTIONAL AND INTERGENERATIONAL LENS FOR SOCIETY AND CHALLENGING THE MYTH THAT SOCIETY IS NOT INTERESTED IN CONSTITUTIONAL EQUALITY.
