THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A CENTER IN ST MICHAELS MARYLAND, ON THE EASTERN SHORE OF MARYLAND, WHICH DISPLAYS AND PROVIDES EDUCATION ON THE HISTORY OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND THE OVERALL INDUSTRY. EDUCATION INCLUDES A YOUTH EDUCATION PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES IN CLASS LEARNING AND INDUSTRY OUTREACH IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

THE MUSEUM IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WITH A FULL DISPLAY OF AUTOMOBILES. WEEKLY CARS AND COFFEE ACTIVITIES TOOK PLACE EACH WEEKEND. THE EDUCATIONAL BUILDING IS OPEN FOR LECTURES, INSTRUCTION AND MEETINGS. THE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (ATAP) IS IN FULL OPERATION, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MARYLAND STATE SANCTIONED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM FOR YOUNG ADULTS.
