FAHRENHEITS PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP MENTORING AS A WAY TO IMPACT AND INFLUENCE COMMUNITIES THROUGH TRAINING, PARTNERING, AND MODELING. WE DEVELOP MENTORING CATALYSTS IN ORDER TO HELP FULFILL OUR MISSION OF CHANGING SOCIETY THROUGH AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS.

3 MENTORING PARTNERSHIPS ARE THE THIRD LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICE PROVIDED BY FAHRENHEIT. PARTNERSHIPS CONSIST OF FOUR CATEGORIES: MENTORING CATALYSTS (WHO ADHERE TO THE BIBICAL MENTORING PRINCIPLES OF FAHRENHEIT AND ARE PART OF A MENTORING NETWORK), FINANCIAL, CHURCH/NON-PROFIT AND PRAYER. FAHRENHEIT FOSTERS THESE PARTNERSHIPS IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:MENTORING CATALYSTS AND CHURCHES ARE COMMUNICATED WITH REGULARLY, PROVIDING TOOLS TO ENCOURAGE AND STRENGTHEN THE MENTORING WORK. PARTNERSHIPS ARE ALSO USED TO NETWORK FOR THE PURPOSES OF EXPANDING MENTORING TO OTHER PARTS OF THE COMMUNITY. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 3 FORMAL ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS IN WHICH WE OFFER TRAINING AND ACCESS TO FAHRENHEIT RESOURCES.FINANCIAL PARTNERS TOTAL 103 INDIVIDUALS AND 10 CHURCHES. INDIVIDUALS ARE BEING KEPT IN TOUCH THROUGH WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS.PRAYER PARTNERS TOTAL 518 INDIVIDUALS WHO ACTIVELY PRAY FOR THE WORK OF FAHRENHEIT AND ITS EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND VOLUNTEERS.
2 MENTORING TRAINING IS OUR ORGANIZATIONS SECOND LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICE. ON AVERAGE, 37 PEOPLE WERE TRAINED IN WORKSHOPS, WE ENGAGED IN 22 ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS, 15 MENTORS WERE TRAINED WITH LEADERSHIP TOOLS, AND 217 PEOPLE ATTENDED GROUP MENTORING SESSIONS WHILE 457 PEOPLE HEARD ABOUT THE IMPACT OF MENTORING. MENTORS RECEIVED ONGOING TRAINING DURING THE YEAR BY FAHRENHEIT EMPLOYEES OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. RECIPIENTS WERE PRESENTED TOOLS TO BETTER MENTOR OTHERS. ADDITIONALLY, OUR FACEBOOK PAGE REACHED 4,990 PEOPLE WITH TRAINING TOOLS FOR MENTORS. WE SENT OUT 5,339 DIGITAL MENTORING TOOLS ON MENTORING TOPICS. WEVE ALSO SENT WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS REACHING 12,200 FINANCIAL DONORS AND THOSE INTERESTED IN MENTORING ON THE TOPIC OF MENTORING.
1 PERSONAL MENTORING IS OUR LARGEST PROGRAM. IN 2021, 363 MENTORING MEETINGS TOOK PLACE B FAHRENHEIT EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS. OF THOSE 363 MEETINGS, 97 WERE WITH MENTORS WHO ARE CURRENTLY MENTORING OTHERS, 227 WERE MENTEES WHO ARE NOT YET CURRENTLY MENTORING, AND 38 GROUP MENTORING SESSIONS REACHING 172 PEOPLE. EACH MENTORED PERSON IS OFFERED ANYWHERE FROM 1-3 HOURS OF TIME EACH MENTORING MEETING. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR MENTORING MEETINGS. TOPICS RANGE FROM SPIRITUAL GROWTH, BUSINESS NETWORKING, MARRIAGE AND FAMILY ISSUES AND PERSONAL GROWTH ISSUES. MEETINGS TAKE PLACE USUALLY IN CAFES, PERSONAL HOMES, OR CONDUCTED ONLINE.
