FAHRENHEITS PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP MENTORING AS A WAY TO IMPACT AND INFLUENCE COMMUNITIES THROUGH TRAINING, PARTNERING, AND MODELING. WE DEVELOP MENTORING CATALYSTS IN ORDER TO HELP FULFILL OUR MISSION OF CHANGING SOCIETY THROUGH AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS.

1 PERSONAL MENTORING IS OUR LARGEST PROGRAM. ON AVERAGE, 485 MENTORING MEETINGS PER YEAR TAKE PLACE BY FAHRENHEIT EMPLOYEES, VOULUNTEERS AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. EACH MENTORED PERSON IS OFFERED ANYWHERE FROM 1-3 HOURS OF TIME EACH MENTORING MEETING. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR MENTORING MEETINGS. TOPICS USUALLY CENTER AROUND ONE OR MORE OF OUR SIX AREAS OF FOCUS: SPIRITUAL, PROFESSIONAL, RELATIONAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL. MEETINGS TAKE PLACE USUALLY IN CAFES, PERSONAL HOMES OR CONDUCTED ONLINE. MENTORING REACHES THE USA, PORTUGAL, THE NETHERLANDS, ENGLAND, AUSTRIA, SRI LANKA, SCOTLAND AND GERMANY.
2 MENTORING TRAINING IS OUR ORGANIZATIONS SECOND LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICE REACHING 750 PEOPLE. MENTORS RECEIVED ONGOING TRAINING DURING THE YEAR BY FAHRENHEIT EMPLOYEES OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. IN ADDITION, OVER 24,000 SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS WERE SEEN WITH MENTORING CONTENT, OVER 5,700 WEEKLY TOOLS WERE DISTRTIBUTED VIA EMAIL, AND APPROXIMATELY 1,500 PODCASTS IWTH MENTORING TRAINING WERE DOWNLOADED.
3 MENTORING PARTNERSHIPS ARE THE THIRD LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICE PROVIDED BY FAHRENHEIT. FAHRENHEIT HAS BUSINESS, CHURCH AND FINANCIAL PARTNERS. BUSINESS/CHURCH PARTNERSHIPS ARE LIKE MINDED ENTITIES WHO ADHERE TO THE BIBLICAL MENTORING PRINCIPLES OF FAHRENHEIT. THEY REGULARLY RECEIVE MENTORING TRAINING AND HAVE AN ONGOING PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH FAHRENHEIT. FINANCIAL PARTNERS CONSIST OF OVER 114 INDIVIDUALS, CHURCHES, BUSINESSES, TRUSTS OR OTHER GIVING FORUMS THAT HELP TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT MENTORING CAUSES THROUGH ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK OF FAHRENHEIT. PARTNERS ARE BEING KEPT IN TOUCH THROUGH EMAIL COMMUNICATION, YEARLY UPDATES, YEARLY APPLICATION RENEWAL FOR THOSE WHO REQUIRE RENEWAL FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
