THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO ENCOURAGE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE AGRICULTURAL AND AGRIBUSINESS FIELDS THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL-TO-WORK PROGRAMS WITH PARTICIPATING NEBRASKA COOPERATIVES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROMOTES AND SPONSORS CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN THE AGRICULTURAL AND COOPERATIVE INDUSTRIES.FOR THE 2022 TAX YEAR:SIX STUDENTS RECEIVED $2,500 EACH IN SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO ATTEND UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA - LINCOLN (UNL).TWO STUDENTS RECEIVED $1,300 IN SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO ATTEND NEBRASKA COLLEGE OF TECHNICAL AGRICULTURE (NCTA).ONE STUDENT RECEIVED $2,500 IN SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO ATTEND UNIVERSITY OF NEBRAKSA - KEARNEY (UNK).THE NEBRASKA FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA (FFA) FOUNDATION RECIEVED $1,050 IN CHARITABLE DONATIONS.THERE WAS A $15,000 DONATION GIVEN TO THE LINCOLN CHILDREN'S MUSEUM.
