THE APARTMENT PROJECT IS LIMITED TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF TWENTY SINGLE FAMILY ACCESSIBLE APARTMENTS AND IS SUBJECT TO THE REGULATIONS UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, REGULATED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT WITH RESPECT TO OPERATIONS AND RENTAL CHARGES.
