OUR MISSION IS TO ASSIST ELIGIBLE FAMILIES WITH SAFE, DECENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WHICH IS FUNDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD).

GOLDENROD REGIONAL HOUSING AGENCY ADMINISTERS A SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV) PROGRAM FUNDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD). THIS HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CURRENTLY PROVIDES MONTHLY ONGOING ASSISTANCE FOR UP TO 215 LOW INCOME FAMILIES. OUR AGENCY MAY ASSIST WITH EITHER A PORTION OF A FAMILIES RENTAL OR MORTGAGE OBLIGATION FOR ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS.
