GOLDENROD REGIONAL HOUSING AGENCY ADMINISTERS A SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV) PROGRAM FUNDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD). THIS HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CURRENTLY PROVIDES MONTHLY ONGOING ASSISTANCE FOR UP TO 215 LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. OUR AGENCY MAY ASSIST WITH EITHER A PORTION OF A FAMILY'S RENTAL OR MORTGAGE OBLIGATION FOR ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS.
