AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS MAJORING IN PROGRAMS RELATED TO BANKING AND TO EMPLOYEES OF FEDERALLY INSURED DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS; TO SPONSOR AND SUPPORT EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR EMPLOYEES OF FEDERALLY INSURED DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS AND MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE AREAS OF FINANCIAL LITERACY, FINANCIAL PLANNING, BANKING, FINANCE AND RELATED ACTIVITIES; TO DISTRIBUTE DISASTER RELIEF PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES OF FEDERALLY INSURED DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS AND TO INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES LIVING IN OR LOCATED IN AREAS IN WHICH A DISASTER IS IN PLACE; AND TO DISTRIBUTE REWARDS IN CONNECTION WITH ROBBERIES OCCURING AT FDIC INSURED INSTITUTIONS LOCATED IN NEBRASKA.
