TO PROVIDE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, PROCEDURE, AND FINACIAL SUPPORT OF NEBRASKA CITIZENS WHO SEEK (1) TO IMPROVE SEGMENTS OF THE AG INDUSTRY, HOMES, AND COMMUNITIES OF THE STATE AND (2) TO COOPERATE WITH AND TO SUPPLEMENT THE PROGRAMS OF THE AG & NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NE, AND OTHER STATE AND LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS; (3) TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND ENCOURAGE THE IMPROVEMENT IN ALL THINGS PERTAINING TO THE INTEREST ON THE AGRICULTURALIST, THE MECHANIC, THE MERCHANT, AND THE CITIZEN OF ANY CALLING CONDUCIVE TO THE PUBLIC GOOD.
