LOANS OF AUDIOBOOKS, BOOK KITS, BULK LOANS, ELLISION MACHINE, EQUIPMENT, ETC. THE SYSTEM WILL LOAN AREA LIBRARIES, STUDENT GROUPS OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THESE ITEMS FOR USE TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND LIBRARY SERVICES.
