LINK COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL IS A CHALLENGING AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT NURTURES THE WHOLE CHILD AND ENGENDERS A LOVE FOR LEARNING. STUDENTS WILL DEMONSTRATE INTELLECTUAL COMPETENCE, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT TO THEIR COMMUNITY. LINK COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL GRADUATES WILL MATRICULATE TO COMPETITIVE HIGH SCHOOLS THAT BEST MATCH THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND GOALS. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCHOOL'S VISION IS ACHIEVED THOUGH THE FOLLOWING KEY ELEMENTS: (1) OUTSTANDING MIDDLE SCHOOL EDUCATION; (2) LIFELONG VALUES; (3) HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT AND (4) SOCIAL JUSTICE.

THE LINK COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL (CHARTER SCHOOL) PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES APPROPRIATE TO KINDERGARTEN, GRADES 5, 6, 7 AND 8. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE REGULAR, AS WELL AS SPECIAL EDUCATION AND BASIC SKILLS INSTRUCTION. THE CHARTER SCHOOL COMPLETED THE 2021- 2022 SCHOOL YEAR WITH AN ENROLLMENT OF 321 STUDENTS.
THE CHARTER SCHOOL IMPLEMENTED THE EVERY STUDENT SUCCEEDS ACT (ESSA) AND THE IDEA PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS WERE ENACTED BY CONGRESS TO PREAUTHORIZE THE ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT WITH MAJOR FOCUS ON PROVIDING ALL CHILDREN WITH FAIR, EQUAL AND SIGNIFICANT OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION THROUGH ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, THE CHARTER SCHOOL ALSO IMPLEMENTED REQUIREMENTS OF THE ESSER, ARP AND OTHER COVID-19 RELATED ACTIVITIES TO RETAIN AND MAINTAIN SCHOOL OPERATIONS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
THE CHARTER SCHOOL PROVIDED NUTRITIONALLY BALANCED, LOW COST OR FREE MEALS TO STUDENTS EACH SCHOOL DAY THROUGH ITS BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAMS. THE PROGRAMS ARE FEDERALLY AND STATE ASSISTED.
