PSTC CONTINUED TO EDUCATE AND LOBBY CONGRESS RELATED TO MITIGATION PROMISED ALASKA AS PART OF THE NEW AGREEMENT. EXPENDITURES INCLUDED PAYING A LOBBYING FIRM IN DC, AS WELL AS TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT TO MEMBERS WHO ATTENDED MEETINGS.
