PROMOTE AND FACILITATE PLATFORMS FOR CONVERSATION AND ACTION ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF AN ORGANIZATION.LEARN - AS MILLENNIALS ARE NOW THE MAJORITY OF THE WORKFORCE, THE BILLIE JEAN KING LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (BJKLI) SOUGHT TO ANALYZE HOW THIS GROUP'S LEADERSHIP STYLES ARE TRANSFORMING BUSINESS.
