TRAINING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: INTERNALLY OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR STAFF ENRICHMENT; EXTERNALLY PROVIDE TRAINING RESOURCES FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION RE: NONPARTISAN VOTER ENGAGEMENT BASICS (HOW TO CONDUCT A PHONE BANK, CANDIDATE EDUCATION EVENT, VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVE, ETC.).
