RETTLAND FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES WITH RETT SYNDROME. SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED TO FAMILIES WHO WERE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN CLINICAL RESEARCH BUT DUE TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS WERE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION WHERE CLINICAL TRIALS WERE BEING CONDUCTED. THE RETTLAND FOUNDATION WAS ABLE TO SUPPORT FAMILIES BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATIONS WHILE UNDERGOING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE CLINICAL RESEARCH.
