THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO INSPIRE WOMEN TO EXCEL IN TECH CAREERS. THE CORPORATION PROVIDES AN AVENUE TO TECH, EMPOWERS WOMEN WITH SKILLS NEEDED FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVANCEMENT, AND PROVIDES ENVIRONMENTS WHERE NETWORKING AND MENTORSHIP ARE VALUED.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIPS - THE SUPPORT OF COMPANIES ALLOWS US TO KEEP OUR MEMBERSHIP FREE FOR OUR COMMUNITY. IF COMPANIES SUPPORT AND EMBRACE OUR MISSION, WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE OUR VISION FAR FASTER THAN WE COULD ALONE.


EVENTS - WOMEN WHO CODE (WWCODE) PRODUCES 1,900 FREE TECHNICAL OR CAREER DEVELOPMENT EVENTS IN 2022. AT WWCODE EVENTS, MEMBERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO UPSKILL IN TECHNOLOGY AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS; THEY CONNECT WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE INDUSTRY IN THEIR COMMUNITY AND DEVELOP A SENSE OF BELONGING THAT HELPS TO ACHIEVE GREATER LONG-TERM CAREER SUCCESS. IMPACT-FOCUSED SPONSORSHIPS AND DONATIONS ASSIST IN THE ABOVE ACTIONS, WHICH ASSISTS OUR NETWORKS AND TRACKS IN FURTHER PROVIDING A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND PRODUCING FREE TECHNICAL EVENTS.


ALL OTHER PROGRAMS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE FULFILLMENT OF THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION TO INSPIRE WOMEN TO EXCEL IN TECHNOLOGY CAREERS.
