THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED WITH THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING SKILLED SOCCER PARTICIPANTS, TEAM COOPERATION, PHYSICAL FITNESS AND MENTAL WELL-BEING, WHILE OPERATING THE CORPORATION'S PHYSICAL ASSETS IN A FISCALLY PRUDENT MANNER. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND COMPETITION WILL BE EMPHASIZED.
