THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED BOTH RAPID RESPONSE AND LONG TERM SUPPORT TO SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES IN RESPONSE TO COVID. THIS INCLUDED DEVELOPMENT OF VIRTU8AL LEARNING PROGRAMS, GRANT DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSE PLANS, COMMUNICATION PLANS, STAFFING SOLUTIONS, FEDERAL AND STATE LEVEL COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE, AND OTHER SIMILAR PROGRAMATIC SERVICES AS NEEDED BY SCHOOLS TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE IN HIGHLY VARIABLE AND DYNAMIC CONDITIONS.
THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED ITS FIRST EVER SUCCESSFUL IN HOUSE FINANCING OF A CHARTER SCHOOL FACILITY. THE CHARGER SCHOOL IS LOCATED IN A HISTORICALLY IMPOVERISHED AREA OF NORTH CAROLINA AND WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE UNABLE TO SECURE A PERMANENT HOME FOR ITS SCHOOL WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE ORGANIZATION.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED IN DEPTH RECOVERY SUPPORT TO A CHARTER SCHOOL IN COLORADO THAT WAS IN DANGER OF CLOSURE DUE TO COMPLIANCE ISSUES, OF DEFAULTING ON ITS FINANCING FOR ITS FACILITY AND SUFFERING FROM DECLINING ENROLLMENT OVER A SEVERAL YEAR PERIOD. AS A RESULT OF THE WORK OF THE ORGANIZATION, THE SCHOOL WAS ABLE TO REMAIN OPEN, RESOLVE A NUMBER OF COMPLIANCE ISSUESW AND GROW ITS ENROLLMENT BY OVER 50%.
