THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING WAS BASED ON THE APPRAISAL VALUE INCLUDED IN THE TITLE PAPERWORK FROM PRESTIGE TITLE INSURANCE AGENCY ON APRIL 22, 2020. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS INVENTORY DONATED AS WELL VALUED AT 16,578. THE LIQUOR LICENSE WAS SOLD IN 2021, AND FINAL ASSETS FROM THE SALE WERE DONATED ON JUNE 10, 2022 TO THE ANDRAH FOUNDATION, A 501C3 EXEMPT ORGANIZATION.
