SPONSORED BACKPACKING TRIPS OF 4-6 DAYS IN THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTHERN COLORADO DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. THE EXPERIENCE IS A SPIRITUAL RETREAT IN WHICH WAYFORWARD GUIDES PRESENT AND FACILITATE READINGS OF SCRIPTURE AND DISCUSSIONS THAT ALLOW PARTICIPANTS TO REFLECT ON THEIR LIVES AT HOME AND HOW GOD HAS MADE THEM TO BE. THE OUTCOME IS A MORE CLEAR PERSPECTIVE ON INDIVIDUAL CALLING AND PURPOSE IN LIFE AS A PARENT, SPOUSE, EMPLOYEE, ETC.
EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG ADULTS TO PROVIDE A RELIGIOUS EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE TO FURTHER THEIR GROWTH IN MINISTRY AND WORK. EMPLOYMENT INCLUDES MENTORING THE YOUNG ADULTS TO HELP EACH EMPLOYEE TO GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW THEY ARE WIRED AND HOW GOD HAS MADE THEM TO BE.
