TO PROVIDE GENERAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO FENTON CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS WHENEVER, IN JUDGEMENT OF THE FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS, FUNDING FROM PUBLIC SOURCES IS INADEQUATE TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN CONSISTENTLY HIGH QUALITY EDUCTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY; TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH PROMISE SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS; AND TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR PROGRAMS TYPICALLY PROVIDED BY SCHOOLS FOR WHICH PUBLIC FUNDING IS FOR ANY REASON INADEQUATE OR UNAVAILABLE.
