TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND ALLEVIATE THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DISTRESS OF INDIVIDUALS AND COUPLES DIAGNOSED WITH INFERTILITY THROUGH EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

WE PROVIDE EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE STRUGGLING WITH INFERTILITY. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS VIA GRANTS AND RECIPIENTS ARE SELECTED BASED ON MEDICAL PROGNOSIS AND FINANCIAL NEED.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS FOR IVF TREATMENTS WHO DEMONSTRATE NEED SHOWING THEIR INCOME UNDER A SPECIFIED AMOUNT. THEY SUBMIT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND EACH CASE IS CAREFULLY REVIEWED AND SCORED BY TWO MEMBERS OF THE MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD (MAB). MAB MEMBERS ARE ALL BOARD-CERTIFIED REPRODUCTIVE ENDOCRINOLOGISTS WHO PRACTICE IN CHICAGO AND THE SURROUNDING SUBURBS. THESE SERVICES ARE DONATED BY PHYSICIANS TO THE PATIENTS THROUGH THE FOUNDATION, AND AS SUCH, NO EXPENSE FOR PHYSICIAN FEES IS RECORDED. 20 PATIENTS WERE AWARDED THESE SERVICES IN 2021. TO DATE 71 BABIES HAVE BEEN BORN AS THE RESULT OF OUR WORK.
