SMALL ANIMAL RESCUE AND ADOPTION - OUR SMALL ANIMAL RESCUE, REHABILITATION AND ADOPTION PROGRAM FOCUSES ON ENSURING CATS AND DOGS ARE ABLE TO FIND A HOME OF THEIR OWN. HEARTS ALIVE RESCUE OFTEN WILL ACCEPT ANIMALS FROM OTHER RESCUES WHO MAY OTHERWISE BE PUT DOWN, INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY LONGER BE ABLE TO CARE FOR THEIR ANIMAL, AND OTHER VULNERABLE POPULATIONS OF ANIMALS, TO ENSURE THAT THEY RECEIVE THE MEDICAL CARE AND REHABILITATION THEY NEED TO HAVE THE BEST CHANCE AT FINDING A FOREVER HOME.
VETERINARY SERVICES - ACCESS TO VETERINARIAN CARE IMPACTS MILLIONS OF PETS AND FAMILIES AND HEARTS ALIVE HAS WATCHED OUR COMMUNITY STRUGGLE BECAUSE THEY ARE FACED WITH HARD DECISIONS WHEN IT CAME TO THEIR PET. TO ADDRESS THIS NEED OUR VETERINARY SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES OPTIONS TO HELP KEEP PETS AT HOME BY PROVIDING AFFORDABLE CARE IN OUR COMMUNITY. THIS PROGRAM ALSO ASSISTS WITH US BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO RESCUED ANIMALS.
HORSE RESCUE - STARTED IN 2021 AND IS A SANCTUARY TO RESCUE HORSES, DONKEYS, GOATS, PIGS, AND ANY OTHER ANIMALS THAT NEEDED PROTECTION. IT IS BECOMING A SAFE SPACE FOR ANIMALS TO HEAL, REHABILITATE, AND WAIT FOR THEIR FUTURE HOME.
KENDALL'S KUPBOARD - OUR PET FOOD PANTRY IS THE DISASTER FOOD DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR NEVADA, PROVIDING PET FOOD TO MORE THAN 900 HOUSEHOLDS IN CLARK COUNTY.
